Refund Policy - the basics

All coaching services, digital programs, memberships, and wellness resources provided by Kiefel Wellness are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of coaching services and access to digital materials, once a purchase is completed no refunds, chargebacks, or transfers will be issued.

Missed or unused coaching sessions are not refundable or transferable. Membership fees are billed automatically and may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
